Description
- We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who would be responsible for managing all operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team of room attendants and ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Overseeing staff performance daily
- Good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
- Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.
Requirements
- 12 years of 4 Star or 5 Star Hospitality experience
- Minimum of 3 years of working in same capacity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.
