Librod Energy Services is a 100% Nigerian Oilfield Service Company that currently provide a broad range of Engineering, Drilling Fluids, Production Chemicals and Logistic Services etc. to the Nigerian Upstream Oil & Gas Sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations: QUOTA, STR, TWP, returns and Nigerian content development policies
• Supervise Admin & HR units to ensure delivery of unit’s objectives.
• Ensure compliance to QHSE policies and drive same within Team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• First Degree in relevant discipline. A master degree in Management or Human Resource is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 4 years Management experience preferably within the Oil & Gas or FMCG industry.
• Professional membership CIPMN is an added advantage.
