Job Title: HR Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We seek to engage the services of an energetic HR Business Development Officer to help drive sustainable financial growth by building the clientele base and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy based on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and new markets
- Promote the company’s services
- Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings
- Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant Social Science or Business course
- 2+ working experience in business development and sales capacity
- Proven sales track record
- Good knowledge of HR industry and market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Great time management and planning skills
- Ability to take initiative and work with resilience.
