Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Lekki / Ajah / Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Female HR manager.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in HR for a recruitment agency.
  • The successful candidate will take ownership of HR matters across the company’s clients from recruitment to performance reviews, learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out the necessary documentation
  • Ensuring policy awareness
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and Superiors
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification
  • The ideal candidate must have relevant certifications with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
