Job Description
- We are looking for a Female HR manager.
- The ideal candidate must have experience in HR for a recruitment agency.
- The successful candidate will take ownership of HR matters across the company’s clients from recruitment to performance reviews, learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out the necessary documentation
- Ensuring policy awareness
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and Superiors
- Experience in educating and coaching staff
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification
- The ideal candidate must have relevant certifications with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary
- N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
