Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Candidate will be responsible for daily HR functions and duties, implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organizations goals and ensuring proper documentations of employees records
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Psychology, Sociology or any related social science course.
- Detailed knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Basic knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
- Minimum of 2 years HR related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites with good analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Membership of CIPM or any relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must not be more than 35 years old.
