Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL Pensions) is a licensed Pension Fund Administrator with over 10 years of professional experience in Pension Funds Administration. We were incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Analyst (Organisational Development)

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • The Human Resource (HR) Analyst (Organisational Development) will be expected to develop the Company’s global training plan and create training programmes for all employees, from initial inductions to leadership programmes for senior executives.
  • The job holder will provide technical support to the Team Lead and Head, Human Resources & Administration (HRAD) in the implementation of approved procedures and policies with respect to Staff welfare, Performance Management, Learning & Development and other HR related matters.

Responsibilities
Learning &Development:

  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke training programmes for Management staff, non-management staff and directors. Also, ensuring 100% implementation of training plan.
  • Work with Head, Human Resources & Administration and Line Managers to carryout Training Needs Analysis for employees to identify suitable programmes for external and internal trainings within the budget limit.
  • Coordination of in-house training programmes, induction and other approved external programmes in the training plan.
  • Prepare monthly and year-end Training and Development Report for external, internal and e-learning training programs.
  • Work with ICT to design and develop suitable technology to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of training programmes and initiatives.
  • Responsible for the coordination of training and development projects/programmes; such as identifying objectives, supervising the implementation, and training evaluation and reporting.
  • Responsible for shortlisting and selection of facilitators and training vendors; monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, ROI and report on them.

Performance Management:

  • Work with line managers in designing and updating Job descriptions and person specification to ensure employees performance are aligned with the Company’s goals
  • Oversee the collation, recording and analysis of performance management information and make recommendations
  • Advice and provide support to line managers regarding performance related issues and performance appraisal process
  • Work with the ICT team to design and deploy appropriate technology to capture and collate performance management information

Others:

  • Responsible for HR reporting and analytics
  • Ability to execute HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences (Minimum Second class lower)
  • 3 – 5 years of cognate work experience
  • Certification or Membership of a Professional Human Resource Association is an added advantage (such as CIPM, HRCi, and SHRM)
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Navision)
  • Excellent ability to present and Communicate Information clearly and appropriately in writing and verbally.
  • Personable; able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
  • Accurate reporting and note taking skills
  • Excellent Planning & Organising skills
