Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

To implement all HR core processes and ensure effective HR service delivery
To ensure the organizational culture, organizational design, talent management, performance management, reward management, succession planning and all other HR requirement supports the business strategy.

Job Description

To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
To implement strategic “Best Practice” HR policies and procedures
To coordinate and ensure a comprehensive resourcing plan for the organization
To manage the company strategic recruitment and selection and onboarding plan
To implement competency profiles and career development frameworks focused on business objectives
To coordinate organizational wide employee development plan based on competency profiles and individual career paths.
To oversee and coordinate performance management system (Team & companywide) that drives business objectives a high corporate performance.
To develop and implement the company’s reward strategy and administer employee compensation and benefit programs
To ensure implementation of an effective succession and employee development plan
To prepare monthly reports to Executive/Senior management and enable decision making through HR metrics
Provide leadership in the development of HR policies, rules, regulations, norms and standards, and ensure their implementation
To provide HR support to employees, functional business units and senior/executive management
To implement employee engagement initiatives
To manage employee relations and address demands, grievances, or disciplinary issues
To ensure compliance of human resource procedures with regulatory requirements and ensure documentation and applicable records are maintained.
To design a filing and retrieval system for records – past and current
Manage service level agreement between HR and functional business units
To promote the company’s values and culture – Ensure team is aligned to company’s strategy and nurture a positive working environment
