Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Microfinance Bank)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in a Senior HR management role preferably in the financial sector
- Membership of HR Professional Institute
- Being an indigene of Lagos State is an advantage
- Candidates with MFB experience is an advantage
Competences Required for the Job e.g:
- Periodic Training and Recruitment of competent Staff
- Sound Performance appraisal and staff evaluation skills
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws
- Payroll Management
- Facility Management
- Stake holders Management
- Interventions Design
Salary
NGN250,000 – NGN300,000 / Month.
