Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across the organization.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Managing the recruitment and staff selection, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Nurturing a positive working environment.
Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintaining pay plan and benefits program and preparing employee salary and payroll reports.
Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management, monitoring attendance, overtime, absence etc.
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
