We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary documentation
• Ensuring policy awareness
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and Superiors
• Experience in educating and coaching staff
• Ability to give presentations.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND or B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years experience
• We are looking for a Female Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience in HR for recruitment agency.
• The successful candidate will take ownership of HR matters across the company’s clients from recruitment to performance reviews, learning and development.
• The ideal candidate must have relevant certifications with at least 2 years of experience on similar role.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 / Month.
