Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Onitsha (Head Office), Anambra

Job Description
The HR Manager will be reporting to the Head of Admin and will be responsible for:

• Staff Recruitment
• Admin of staff welfare and discipline
• Industrial Relations
• Liaison with government regulatory agencies: NSITF, Minister of Labour, ITF
• Staff performance Management
• Knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / HND and 4 years cognate experience, acquired in a well structured organization.
• Membership of IPMN, IT Literacy and familiarly with HR IT modules will be an added advantage.
