We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: I.T Support Engineer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, hardware and configurations.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and systems problem
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Coordinating computer network access and use.
- Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (or Equivalent) in Computer Science/Engineer or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in I.T industry.
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
