Job Title: ICT Support Officer

Location: Ikotun
Grade Level: Officer

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to IT service issues and requests
Providing IT technical support across the Brand
Setting up staff email, App. profiles and platform accounts for new and existing users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing and recommending new technology
Training of staff members on IT Support as necessary
Including other duties that may be assigned by supervisor

Requirements
