We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Personnel

Location: Badagry, Lagos

Responsibilities

First point of contact and day-to-day technical support to end users;
Responds to IT requests via multiple sources such as phone and e-mail;
Enters call data into the tracking system.
Interacts with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Familiarization with any of the following is beneficial: VLANs, VOIP, RSTP, Ethernet, Wireless, Switching and Routing concepts.
Provides user access service.
Printer and scanner support
Application software support.
