Job Description
- We are is looking for an IT Support Specialist (Officer) based in Lagos, Nigeria for our client. Candidates with good knowledge of the healthcare industry are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Training staff on CRM software
- Setting up corporate accounts for new users
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Help liaise with 3rd party as regards repairing and replacing equipment as necessar
