Efficacy Construction Company is a Lagos Nigerian-based Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Company that specializes in all Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Architect

Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Junior Architect, you are expected to:

Preform space planning according to building occupant count and existing interior architecture.
Create 3D models in Revit.
Develop detailed plans and shop drawing using- Autodesk- AutoCAD and Revit.
Work on MEP drawings for commercial projects with guidance of the engineer.
Develop 2d drawings using Autocad and computer aid 3d models using 3dmax and Sketchup.
Collaborate with verification team on test plan, plan coverage points, and IP verification.
Rebrand the application with CSS style sheets which bring more polish and readability to the UI.
Carry out other duties from time to time.
