Job Title: Key Account Manager – Loan
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
- We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the traction loan portfolio by engaging and disbursing loans to viable businesses.
What you’ll Do
- Develop new loan business prospects in viable geographic areas.
- Interact with existing customers to increase sales of the loan product and get referrals.
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives.
- Manage sales of various loan products in professional manner.
- Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
- Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.
- Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products. D
- Documents and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
- Manage various documents for all sales sources efficiently.
- Administer all underwriting process and maintain records for same.
- Participate in all departmental meetings.
What you’ll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Should have worked in a reputable lending company, or a Fintech that has a loan
- Product.
- Relevant product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
