We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Distributor Sales Executive – Mainstream Spirits

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Customer Strategy and Business Plan
  • Ensure daily calls of 15 outlets (10 retail and 5 wholesale)
  • Ensure visibility and distribution of McDowells brands in called on outlets
  • Report market intelligence from outlets to his ASM
  • Management of KD sales team to achieve volume and distribution targets
  • Train and motivate KD sales team
  • Act as active ambassador of Guinness at the customer level

Specifications

  • Minimum qualification of OND with minimum 1 year commercial expertise gained across Sales managing Key distributors in the open market.
  • Good communication Skills-written and verbal
  • High degree of integrity
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Geographically mobile
  • Healthy and physically fit.
