Franchise Management International owns and operates chains of brick-and-mortar restaurants and food trucks in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality and consistency for all the dishes served is achieved at all times
• Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner
• Monitor and record inventory, and order new supplies
• Provide support to chefs and cooks and other colleagues as required to achieve a smooth operation
• Assist the chefs, and cooks on food preparation, and dish plating
• Attain training as required to meet restaurant and kitchen standards
• Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / OND / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
