Job Description
- Kitchen Assistants work under the guidance of the Chef to ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Wash utensils and dishes and make sure they are stored properly
- Sort, store and distribute ingredients
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Cook
- Understand the importance of health and hygiene
- Ability to listen and learn fast
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
