Job Title: Learning and Development Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• A brilliant, experienced, widely knowledgeable and self-driven professional with expertise in business development for the training and development is required to drive the training and development plans of a mid-sized company on the mainland in Lagos.
• Major Responsibility: Designing training plans and driving implementation to achieve target goals.

Requirements

• First Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Arts, Business or related fields
• Post Graduate Degree would be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ Experience in training and development
• Wide knowledge in the Learning and Development sphere. Certifications would be Added Advantage
• Currency, Proficiency and Savvy in IT/Tech plus extensive user-ability on Digital Platforms
• Substantial knowledge and experience with Human Resources and/or Educational Management
• Aged between 25 – 35 years.
