Job Description
- Draft legal papers for real estate transaction
- Handle real estate portfolio for with all legal nuances for each property
- Access legal risk in real estate documentation or court filings
- Contract expertise in property management, purchases and sales
- Interpret real estate laws
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (essential).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate law and industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
