We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Monitoring all loans and ensuring repayments are made on due dates
• Locating and establishing contact with debtors
• Following up on all debtors to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means
• Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors
• Ensuring collection of outstanding payments from customers
• Resolving disputes with customers, ensuring that concerns are resolved correctly.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• 1 – 2 years work experience
• Must have good office software skills
• Must have good communication and listening skills
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
• Must be fluent in English Language and any other indigenous language
• Must have experience as a loan collection officer.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 Monthly basic plus performance bonus.
