We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Collector

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Keep tracking outstanding debts.
Plan course of action to recover owed money.
Locate and contact debtors.
Update account status and database regularly.
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Handle customers’ questions or complaints.
Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
Build trust with debtors.
Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.
Seek ways to continuously improve performance and productivity on the job.
Work closely with the Credit and Recovery Manager, Regional Manager and Branch Manager to identify root cause of loan delinquency, operational weaknesses and recommend changes to improve the quality of the portfolio.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
