Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns
• Performs and monitors maintenance and preventive maintenance projects
• Participation towards overall hotel cleanliness
• Supports hotel maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklist line system ventilation, refrigeration
• Gas distribution and fuel supply and generator maintenance
• Drainage and waste disposal systems
• Water supply and heating systems
• Maintainance of buildings, plants, machineries, equipments and systems.

Knowledge and Experience

• Must possess knowledge and basic hand/power tool operation
• Previous construction or hotel maintenance department supervisory at least 1 year experience in that capacity
• Should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
• Must be able to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site.
• Work with minimal supervision

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
