We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source,liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Lead promotional activities for the event
  • Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
  • Approve all aspects before the day of the event
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare post-event reports
  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
  • Handling budgeting and invoicing
  • Negotiating sponsorship deals
  • Handling logistics
  • Updating senior management
  • Managing branding and communication
  • Developing event feedback surveys
  • Obtaining permits.

 Requirements

  • Candidate must be Male, 30 years and above and must reside in lagos within the Island.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
