Requirements
- Minimum of a 1st degree from a reputable university.
- At least 8 years banking experience and 5 years at managerial level.
- Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) is an added advantage
- Demonstrable ability to mobilize deposits and manage credits in line with the CBN guidelines.
- Team playing and excellent communication skills are key.
- Knowledge on the use of BankOne software is an added advantage.
