Job Description

  • We are looking for a creative Marketing & Content Specialist to take full responsibility of our marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels – including social media, blogs and lead generation.
  • Our ideal candidate is a marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.
  • You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing social media posts and responding to followers.
  • You will manage our company’s brand image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. For this position, it is also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand awareness & consistency and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee and manage social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook ,Twitter etc)
  • Maintain and build our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Design and implement marketing strategy to align with business goals, ensuring brand consistency
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple marketing channels and customer touch points
  • Build and develop strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendor partners
  • Responsible for liaising with and providing direction to graphics designer to develop engaging and creative content in line with the company’s brand strategy
  • Analyze web traffic metrics
  • Oversee and approve marketing/promotional material, from online graphics to hard copy fliers/banners
  • Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust advertising and marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Manage content distribution to various channels (online and offline) social media platforms to increase web traffic and drive foot traffic to all our stores

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and content management.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and social media marketing campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Webtrends
  • Self driven individual with proven ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or relevant field (desirable)
  • An avid food lover with a genuine love for desserts
  • Vibrant and outgoing personality.
