We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Media Buyer Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Local media research, planning and buying across various markets nationally
• Track and present campaign data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and analyze demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements
• Effectively and judiciously develop and maintain an optimal media mix for our clients
• Effectively communicate media rational direct to clients
• Analyze internal performance reporting and adjust based on findings
• Develop quarterly post buy analysis reporting, securing associated make-goods
• Monthly media billing and creative traffic reconciliation
• Assist in the research and implementation of new media strategies
• Manage internal media forms, including advertising calendars and broadcast schedule
• Coordinate and oversee the development and launch of campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a media buyer or similar.
• Good understanding of media analytics tools such as Videoma, Cision, Nielsen, and Google Analytics.
• Experience in a variety of advertising mediums
• Excellent financial skills and the ability to manage large budgets.
• The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
