Raedial Farms Limited is an agribusiness based in Port Harcourt and Edo States and engaged in the sustainable management of Palm Plantations, Poultry and Palm product processing.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Mill Production Supervisor

Location: Edo

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or related field.
• Proven experience as production supervisor (Preferably in a Mill).
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be a self-starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm locations.
