Our business is more than collecting & gathering electronic waste (e-waste). The core business is the effective, eco-friendly management of e-waste utilizing cutting-edge technology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Sales Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full Time

Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Business Development and/or the CEO include:

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with business development unit on lead generation.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Energetic and Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Promoting the organization and services.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our seevices.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is required.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team.
Previous experience in a sales role in Telecom, Financial Institution and Oil & Gas is a plus.
