Summary
- The Sales Manager will plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country
Job Description
- We are looking for highly skilled people with deep industry/consumer knowledge and experience to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales & channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit, develop and manage sales team.
- Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent growth in sales revenue.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers Pan Nigeria.
Qualification / Experience
- Ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the industry and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
- Must be a National Sales Manager or equivalent position.
