NCAA needs outside entity for decisions like this — Tim Brando on coronavirus response

FOX Sports’ Tim Brando said the NCAA must set up a separate decision-making body to deal with issues like the current coronavirus outbreak. He said with so many competing interests at play, it’s hard for the NCAA to make decisions that are in the interest of the greater good.
