No. 21 Arizona State women knock off No. 9 Oregon State

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Kianna Ibis had 20 points and eight rebounds and No. 21 Arizona State had a 17-0 run in its 66-54 victory over No. 9 Oregon State on Friday night.

Iris Mbulito scored 10 points, Charnea Johnson-Chapman had six points and a season-high 12 rebounds, and Reili Richardson added eight points to help the Sun Devils (19-8, 10-6 Pac-12) end a two-game losing streak and sweep the season series. On Jan. 20, Arizona State handed the Beavers their only home loss of the season.

Mikayla Pivec had 18 points for Oregon State (23-6, 14-4), and Aleah Goodman had 16. The Beavers had won three in a row and four of five.

Arizona State scored the final four points of the first half to take the lead for good, then scored the first 13 points of the second half for a 41-25 lead.

CREIGHTON 71, NO. 13 MARQUETTE 75

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Audrey Faber scored 24 points and Creighton upset Big East regular-season champion Marquette.

Jaylyn Agnew added 15 points and Temi Carda 11 points for the Bluejays (14-14, 8-9). They have won three straight.

Creighton went on a 20-0 run spanning the first and second quarters to lead 33-13, with Faber scoring nine points.

Natisha Hiedeman Hiedeman finished with 22 points for Marquette (23-6, 14-3). Amani Wilborn added 21 points.

NO. 23 DRAKE 71, SOUTHERN ILLINOIS 64

CARBONDALE, Ill. (AP) — Becca Hittner scored 10 of her 23 points in the fourth quarter and Drake held off Southern Illinois.

Maddy Dean had six of her 19 points in the final 2 1/2minutes, including a deep 3-pointer from the wing that made it 66-59 with 47 seconds left. Sammie Bachrodt added 14 points for the Bulldogs (22-5, 14-1 Missouri Valley).

Makenzie Silvey scored 15 points for the Salukis (13-13, 6-9).
