We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: NOC Engineer/Tech Support Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Fault management and troubleshooting
Prompt response and resolution of customer complaint
Fault report preparation (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)
Support and guidance to field team for fault resolution
Working with field/deployment team for new link deployment and installation
Coordination with our service provider for any issue, support and service
Preparation of availability report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)

Requirements

Qualification: Engineering graduate (Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science)
Professional Certification: CCNA/CCNP
Relevant Experience: NOC, Fault Management, Field Operation, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support
Experience (no of years): 1 Year and above
