A reputable conglomerate with diverse investment in ICT both in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa requires seasoned candidates to fill the position below for its operations which cover Nigeria and West Africa:
Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Nigeria
Job Profile
- Plan and coordinate the office affairs, system and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities arid the secretarial staff.
General Qualifications Required
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Administrators will be an advantage.
Experience/Competencies Required:
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience – Post professional qualification.
- Minimum of 45-50 years of age
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Good communication skills.
