Ogun Elections: I Am Ready For The Job, Says Akinlade

 

The governorship candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in Ogun State, Adekunle Akinlade, says he is fully prepared to serve the people.

He stated this over the weekend while briefing reporters in Abeokuta, the state capital.

Akinlade was confident that with his level of preparedness for the job, he would hit the ground running if elected in the governorship and house of assembly elections scheduled to hold on March 9.

He believes he has an advantage over other candidates in the race, stressing that he is well informed with the realities and intricacies of running a government.

The APM candidate, who represents Egbado South and Ipokia federal constituencies in the House of Representatives, had relaunched his campaign following the postponement of the polls initially scheduled to hold on March 2.

Also during the media chat, he highlighted his proposed policies and strategic plans aimed at meeting the needs of the people of the state.
