Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Brief Description of the Role
- The Operations Executive role is mainly to implement the right processes and management for our training platforms either physical or online.
- The Operations Executive is expected to deliver the best training services to trainees that strengthen Innkeeper’s brands.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Student prospecting and management of Instructors
- Support the Sales department in Implementing price, growth strategy and manage the business to aggressive growth goals
- Organizing a social media schedule, campaigns, and physical campaigns where required
- Onboarding of Trainees and Instructors to our learning platform
- Preparing of closeout reports on projects executed
- Monitor operations performance and drive issues with prompt resolution.
Competencies and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Working Knowledge of the Nigerian Training / Recruitment / Edu-Tech space
- Ability to take initiative and manage critical relationships
- General business operations skills including budget preparation and management, staff development, and mentorship
- Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment”.
