Job Summary

Operations Lead are responsible for ensuring all operational activities are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.

Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for team performance and growth
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee office efficiency.
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
Manage budgets and forecast.
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business administration, or any related field (Certification will be an added advantage).
Minimum of 3 years working experience as an operations Manager or general management specifically in the Information product and Business Consultancy industry.
Understanding of Digital Product Development and Digital marketing.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Good grasp of Product and Service Ideation and Launch.
Design thinking capability will be an added advantage.
