Job Description
- To support and drive the CSC operations business with a focus area on excellence in operations and project management.
- The individual will ensure the delivery of commercial, administrative and world class operational support and competence.
- This is a regional role with a focus on Nigeria and wider West Africa.
Responsibilities
- To assist with the management of West African based client engagement of business development
- To assist in the day-to-day management of Protective Services and journey management requirements across West Africa
- Support other Operations Managers with the management of all engagement’s tasks throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa as required
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships through collaborating with clients to identify needs and opportunities to ensure delivery of high quality work
- Identify and advise on opportunities to improve operations management processes and implementation
- Promote the link between the Control Risks service lines to ensure effective lines of communication
- Ensure that consultants are effectively supported by Control Risks operations when they are deployed in the field
- To assist with the operational management of consultants in accordance with client requirements, Control Risks policies and appropriate international standards
- To assist with the commercial management of embedded consultancy engagements, including scoping and writing high quality proposals
- To assist with the identification, vetting and management of third-party providers across the region
- Developing client successful client relationships
- Work with the Business Operations team to ensure administration is of the highest standard
- To assist in the creation and management of sales leads.
Requirements
Qualifications and Specialist Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Project / commercial management skills
- Education to degree level / or relevant commercial experience
- Developed IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Security / Risk consulting qualification preferred
Essential:
- At least 5 years commercial experience in a risk consultancy business with a sound understanding of journey management, fleet management and protective services operations.
- Keen interest in regional affairs
- Developed commercial skills
- Experience in successfully managing client / consultant relationships
- Highly developed communication skills – written and verbal
