Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ikota, Lagos

Job Description
- The Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership, vision and management required to ensure the company has the operational control, people systems, administrative and reporting procedures to ensure the financial strength and operational efficiency of the company.
The Job Duties
- End-to-end oversight of the company’s daily operation
- Co-ordination of company’s various departments and activities spanning HR, Finance, Projects, Legal and Marketing
- Report to the Company executives on milestones, deliverables, performance and growth
- Design and execute the company’s strategy on Digital, social media, technology and innovation.
- Manage relationships with clients, partners, investors and sponsors
- Lead employees and encourage maximum performance and dedication
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a real estate or property development sector
- Must be able to drive ( must have a valid driver’s license)

Location:
- Ikota, Lekki- Ajah Expressway, Lagos State (residents that stay around Lekki-Ajah are preferred).
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
