We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Paint Production Officer

Location: Imo

Job Descriptions

• Will be responsible for managing small work teams in a fast-paced, high volume unionized manufacturing environment.
• The selected candidate’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to coordinating all activities to achieve business metrics and implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes and initiatives.
• The Production Supervisor – Paint Processes, is responsible for ensuring conformance of paint processes and coordinating engineering, tooling and quality changes.
• Additionally, the production officer will provide production support and ongoing improvement for the following crucial Paint processes: Stucco, Matte, Silk, Texture, Gloss and Emulsion.
• The officer will also continuously evaluate all paint chemical, tooling, and production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.‎

Requirements

• OND / HND /B.Sc in any Production Engineering and other related qualifications.
• Applicants must have more than 5 years experience in a top Paint production factory in Nigeria.
• Must be an expert in Satin, Stucco, Texture, Emulsion, Gloss and Matte paints.
