We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: People Operations Intern

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• Support employee Onboarding by sending out welcome emails, sending out necessary documentation and collating employee data
• Support recruitment and assessment of new talents
• Support performance management process within the organization.
• Manage benefits administration by ensuring that all new employees are registered on the HMO as at when due
• Support the team with planning and coordination of people initiatives
• Support Employee Offboarding by tracking resignations, sending out exit surveys etc.
• Any other task assigned by the People Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Excel desired
• Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of HR documents and other personal information.
• Has strong analytical skills.
• Have a genuine interest in Human Resources Management.
