Peralta solid, but Brewers’ offense stalls in 3-1 loss to Mariners

The Milwaukee Brewers’ offense was limited to just five hits in a 3-1 loss to the Seattle Mariners on Sunday afternoon.

Christian Yelich delivered the Brewers’ lone run with an RBI single in the first inning. He knocked home Kolten Wong who doubled earlier in the frame.

Freddy Peralta had a solid outing on the mound, tossing 4.2 innings and allowing five hits and one run while striking out five.

Drew Rasmussen struck out a pair of batters in 1.1 innings. Brad Boxberger, JP Feyereisen and Hoby Milner also saw time on the mound, each tossing an inning.

The Brewers are back in action on Monday at 3:05 p.m. against the Cleveland Indians on FOX Sports Wisconsin.
