Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Description

We are seeking to appoint a highly effective Personal Assistant to provide and coordinate a comprehensive and professional administrative service for the Head of School.
In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events as necessary.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Schedule travel
Planning events

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organised

Qualities:

An ability to be flexible and to use your own initiative is required.
You should have considerable administrative experience and be able to communicate effectively, in both written and oral form, with a wide range of audiences.
It is essential that you have excellent organisational skills as well as being experienced and confident in using ICT packages such as Microsoft and/ or Google.
Experience in supervising staff is desirable but not essential.
