Kradot Group is a non profit organization in Lagos which is dedicated to offering training and medical assistance to local population and assistance to people at higher risk.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Reporting to General Manager and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Preparing General manager schedule and updating concerning his meetings
- Draftng and preparing powerpoint presentation on behalf of the GM and forwarding to the GM for proofreading
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Receiving calls on behalf of GM and directing them to the appropriate department and also making travel arrangements.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc / BA in any discipline but an experience as a personal assistant will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
Remuneration
N75,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
