Job Summary

  • Our Client is seeking to engage a Personal Assistant. The P.A is required to provide support on both professional and personal work, from daily task and home maintenance, to family matters and personal work related projects.
  • The right candidate needs to be able to absorb a lot of information, be a detail-oriented problem solver and solution oriented with the Confidence to ask questions or for support in achieving goals.

Job Description

  • Ordering supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services and residential upkeep, pay bills, schedule repairs, buy and sell items etc.
  • Manage children’s affairs, correspondence with schools, tutors, etc.
  • Provide support with personal and family matters, plan vacation, secure government documents etc.
  • Work with MD on private personal and business projects, research, business planning, strategy, execution and support, by sub-managing staff, attending meetings etc.
  • Get involved on work and business by replying emails, helping with presentations and reviewing consolidated reports.
  • Liaising on behalf of the MD, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the MD.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar and sending reminders.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

Person Specification

  • Degree Level.
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant is required.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, record keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Google Calendar / Meet, as well as call forwarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, best business practice and etiquette.

Compensation
N130,000 Monthly.
