Our Mission and Vision is to give our clients a Fulfilling real estate experience, no matter their level of income. We are currently selling out estate plots in 4 of our estates located within Abuja. We are also passionate about the well-being of our staffs as our policyis tailored according to international best labour practices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant On Sales

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate client leads to buy and sell property.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative real estate marketing strategies to deliver the company’s profit and sales target.
  • Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors and channel partners.
  • Achieve Sales projections for the company.
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Communicate effectively through presentations and real estate marketing analysis on profitability of investment to potential clients.
  • Optimize the use of social media/LinkedIn for potential client sourcing.
  • Carry out surveys to identify potential audiences and convert them to paying clients using effective marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate negotiations

Requirements

  • Any relevant Degree or qualification.
  • Must have 1 – 2 years’ work experience in real estate marketing.
  • Must be a female.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
  • Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales track record.
  • Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team
  • Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • Communication & problem-solving skills.
