Ecogas Energy Resources Limited is a manpower service provider to major multinational companies involved in offshore maintenance and production operations in Nigeria. In addition, Ecogas has strong footprints in LPG Marketing in Nigeria with a good number of refilling plants.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Description

  • The position will be responsible for follow upon business operations performance metrics with Senior Managers and ensuring alignment between team performance and corporate targets; manage CEO/MD calendar, manage corporate files and statutory compliance timelines with DPR, SON and other regulatory agencies.
  • Repository for corporate correspondences, publications, brand identity and social media engagements
  • Coordinate HR activities
  • The focal point for Ecogas CSR planning and interventions.

Qualifications Required

  • B.Sc. in any Social Science or Humanities discipline from any reputable University with a minimum of Second Class Upper and a minimum of 3 years experience in a verifiable organization
  • Ability to write detailed technical reports, prepare world class presentations within short notices and communicate with all levels of the organization and stakeholders are essential for this managerial position.
