Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments;
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans including logistics;
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts;
  • Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements;
  • Maintain contact lists;
  • Compose and prepare correspondence;
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the MD’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Collect and prepare meeting agenda with staff and outside parties;
  • Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD;
  • Work closely with the MD to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;
  • Perform marketing related duties;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related course.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Must have experience as a Marketer or in marketing industry;
  • Female candidates are required
  • Successful candidate should be able to resume immediately.

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities;

  • Ability to manage confidential information from the office of the MD;
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office packages;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of digital/social marketing;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Problem Solver.
